I would have no reservation whatever in recommending Denise Lynn to any person wishing to sell their property. From when Denise came to my property at Banksia Street. she gave me a clear statement of figures as to value and what current sales have happened in the area and what was the most realistic price I could expect. Through the time that Denise was handling the sale I found her honest and always ready if I had a query of any kind. As I had not had any experience with a house sale before, I can only say Denise made the whole episode very easy from my part of the sale.
